I actually did this yesterday. xD
Anyway, at first the background was gonna be some bamboo and a light cloudy sky, but that didn't work out too well, so I just went with the whole golden thingy. This was inspired by "Sanctuary" by Utada Hikaru: [link] Moon's locket in this pic is inspired by my own locket, except mine has some stars and swirls on the front, and that's pretty hard to draw in MS Paint, so I just left those out. Oh, and I went with the whole "realism" thing, cuz this weird storyline popped into my head, and yeah, it doesn't really make sense, so I'm not gonna explain it. xD Overall, I love how this turned out.
